Architects Row Community Association Minutes - July 3rd, 2007

Dues: If you have not paid your dues ($20/household), please give them to David Cramer, 6150 Chinquapin Parkway (cash or check to CHWA). Dues can also be delivered to Ben (6148).

During the meeting, neighbors discussed the next steps necessary for obtaining a one-way street and a speed hump. The plan will require approval from 70% of residents. Our next step will be to petition residents in the affected area, which includes Chinquapin Parkway and Macbeth. Laurie volunteered to map out all the houses and figure how many it will take to reach the 70% goal.

There was also mention of planning a Fall event for neighbors to get together.

Correction to Treasurer’s Report: There was an error in the last treasurer’s report. The June minutes reported a total of 1575.04, but the actual total was $1175.04.

The next ARCA meeting will be held at 6156 Chinquapin Pkwy on September 4th, at 7:00.
